My matchless 350 has had some work done on the engine and the piston rattles when warm.It has had a full rebore (200 miles ago ) the little end has been replaced and the big end checked.
The rattle appears when warm and doing 30mph then disapears at 40mph , i have not tried faster as still running in.
Could the conrod be bent i was assured it wasn't,does the bike need running in properly ? i have run to the end of options/ideas ?
