hello im a newbie to this forum and was wondering if anyone kud shed some light on a bit of confusion ive got relating to wot model my suzuki gt250 is pls .ive recently bought a 1977 model for restoration done the usual stuff stripped it down blasted frame etc but the side panels appear to be off an older model its registerd as a dec 77 which would make it a B model but according to my suzuki dealer when ordering the head bearings the frame no says its a K model it has the side panels with the fake air vents in them and should have black ones the dvla website says its blue but the bike is gold its just getting more confusing as i go along the registration document has been applied for but as yet i dont have it. is it possible a bike could have been in storage before being registred for a few years . i got it from a bloke who sells older bikes hes had it since 1986 so any suggestions pls as im a bit baffled thanks for reading regards jon hasnt been on the road for a while
