bmw and zundapps

Hi, could anyone on here please advise what is incorrect on the bmw R12 and R52 and the zundapp ks600's here http://www.unit56.co.uk/#!stock-motorcycles/c36t
Mike has kindy gave me some advice already but anymore moch appreciated.
Has anyone had dealings with the owner or know of the bikes in question.
