Ladies Royal Enfield 1928 Help needed
« on: September 18, 2007, 02:11:52 AM »
 Hello,

I have I believe 1928? Royal Enfield RE201A ladies 225cc 2 stroke, minus front mudguard, number plate(with tax disc holder) leg shields, handlebars (inc levers) and exhaust system. (see photo)
Has any one any of the above to help with the restoration? (doesn't matter how bad!)
or have a similar machine (I believe the RE 201 is the mans version) that I can take details from
or can even sugguest where to locate these spares (tried Armours they need pattern and no joy from Hitchcocks/Ron Farthing or RE owners club)

Any information/details/photos also would be helpful and much apprieciated as I would like to start the project over the coming winter months

Thanks

Colin
