SOMEONE ASKED ME THE SIZES FOR A MARSTON SUNBEAM MAGNETO  SPROCKET EXTRACTOR. CANT REMEMBER WHO ASKED BUT BASICALLY YOU NEED A 5/8" DIA, 20 TPI (WHIT, 55 DEGREE ) BOLT ABOUT 1" LONG UNDER THE HEAD. WITH A 3/8" (HIGH TENSILE PREFERABLY) BOLT WITH ABOUT   2" THREAD LENGTH ( FINE THREAD, BSF OR UNF ) THRO' THE CENTRE. REMOVE THE CAP ON THE TIMING CASE. USE A BOX SPANNER TO UNDO THE SPROCKET NUT. SCREW IN THE ABOVE EXTRACTOR (NO NEED TO TIGHTEN), SCREW DOWN THE 3/8" BOLT HARD, IF I DOESN'T MOVE TAP THE BOLT HEAD. DONT FORGET IF YOU REMOVE THE MAG, THE SPROCKET WILL DROP DOWN THE CASE UNLESS YOU PUT A BAR ETC THRO' THE CENTRE HOLE.
DONT FORGET IF YOU DO RELEASE THE SPROCKET YOU WILL IMMEDIATLY LOSE YOUR TIMING SO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS !!!
