:)with a swinging arm I would probably make it somewhere in the mid-fifties sorry make unknown could be a number of makers

Yes it's a BSA Bantam.
Possibly the swinging arm 150cc D3 model from 1956/57?
If you can give the engine and frame numbers then we can probably identify the exact year and model?
