Please Help - First test bike with ABS

I am trying to identity the attached bike. It was used by my father at the Uk’s Transport and Road research laboratories in Crowthorne to test ABS, and trying to locate the make and model of the bike. I know its being stored at the science museum, but need to know the make and hopefully the model , Any help gratefully received .If it helps the skis were not standard !

Looks at first glance like a BSA A10 650cc twin about 1960 ish date ?

It was used in 1969 for ABS testing so could well be

When I saw the photo, I immediately thought "Royal Enfield" - as I was sure I'd seen a photo in a motorcycle magazine of a Royal Enfield twin that was used for antilock brake tests, and after a bit of research here is something I found about it on the web:

A Norton Commando was also used for antilock brake tests as well, I believe.
