Mph Speedo for T120R

Hi

I've just bought a T120R and repatriated from the continent.  It has a kilometre speedo and I'd like to replace it with an mph one.  Ideally I'd like a Smiths original, but have been told they're as rare as rocking horse do-do.

Any ideas/suggestions?
