Unknown petrol tank

Hi,
Can someone in the group identify this petrol tank. It has kneerubbers with John Bull text.

Thanks Cardan! Looks very much like Red Panther but got a message from a Matchless owner. The petrol tank comes from a Matchless C, 1931.
