Three options:
1 - I would trade eveything (except the first 2 itens) for a Model CN, CSD, CO, CTT frame, fork and gearbox.
2 - I would trade everything (all itens) for another motorcycle good for restore project (something like BMW R2x/x, AJS 18 500cc etc) from ~1953 (no documentation needed)
3 - I would sell everything together to buy the refered motorcycle in option 2
