bought this Yamaha for the side car , not sure of model but its a big four cyl etc , the engine number is interesting 5G8 and that's it ? any ideas , is this correct it is also on the V5C

A google search turns up a number of mentions of an XJ750 yamahahaha
They were around then, model went for a number of years, sold squillions and had shaft drive.

that's the exact model , its the engine number that I find odd / interesting / strange , its on the V5C so all appears ok , the squire chair is nice which is the part I wanted .
