I suppose it would be sensible to measure the volume of oil being pumped per minute rather than just how many drops particularly as there is no such thing as a standard drop of oil. You’ve got it all set up, it seems silly not to take maximum advantage of your efforts.

When I bench run the Pilgrim at the same measured 900rpm on the input, the pump delivers around 65 squirts per minute from the beak.  That remains constant, but as the plunger travel screw is wound in, the duration of each squirt reduces.  As that output volume diminishes, the volume of oil pumped up to the height of the engine oil inlet diminishes, from 105 drops per minute at full plunger travel, down to around 20 drops per minute with the screw fully home.

Blimey, Scott recommended 3-4 drops a minute for fast road work!
Given the viscosity of the oil and propensity of the oil to "hang" on the Pilgrim's beaks, I would say that the drops are pretty standard in this case.
