Hi All, I've just bought a 1929 Royal Enfield 505 to restore, does anyone have any information on this model. I also need an alloy horizontally split primary chain case to fit this machine.

You will need to cast your own...which plenty of restorers do for all kinds of bikes....an alternative is to make one from fiberglass,and paint it silver.

Thanks for that I'd thought of the fibre glass method though the colour was black.
