About as useful as a chocolate fire guard.
Getting grumpy, but not as grumpy as mini-me.

It does not appeal to me seems an awful lot of money for what you get you could get an older enfield complete for that kind of money.

What an ingenious way of re imagining and upcycling a modern day reproduction of a piece of iconic motorcycling history to coerce a large piece of fiscal renumeration from someone who really aught to get themself and their lifestyle manager a proper job.

“Your virtual pint is behind the virtual bar.”

Thank you very much. I’d had a few of the real things when I posted that.

I was in the dentist's waiting room the other day and there was a TV with one of those "money saving" type programmes. Someone was chucking away a lovely Woden 6" bench vice. What did the "expert" team do with it? Turned it in to an (exceptionally ugly) wall lamp........

It's the new trend for snowflake environmentalists, take two pieces of junk and "upcycle it" into one piece of junk. Only slightly less funny than the alleged prices they get for the stuff.

Round here we have an "upcycler" who makes furniture out of old pallets, in reality its still firewood.

Yes Ian, toilet television in my book. One of many BBC (& other channels') cheap daily offerings.

Bargain Hunt this week (Weds, Thurs?) had a so-called printers cabinet which the team and the expert paid good money for. Stevie Wonder could have seen that the top section was new plywood, the drawer knobs were Poundland's finest and the draws had been hacked on the front to fit, but they still bought it and entered it for the auction. Same programme, a set of six copper jelly moulds bought for twenty quid, how is that these people can't suss that a Victorian copper jelly mould would probably go for £100+ so six for a score means they're Chinese and made last week?

Aside from that, there's nothing that a good post-industrial snowflake likes better than the "industrial look" mainly as it has no meaning for them other than Britain's "grimy metal-bashing past" and their ability to enjoy a good Capucchino while sitting on it.

I seldom miss 'bargain hunt' if my lunchtime coincides.....just see see the crap these fools part with money for, and the bullshit the "experts" come out with.

I once heard one describing a manky Velosolex  as a veteran bike to do the Brighton run on;.....you see very early motorbikes carried the engine over the front wheels..... Almost as bad as that Henry Coles pillock.

Mind you, I quite fancy that Carolyne expert for some reason..................
