Hi all,
i have just rebuilt a Zundapp 200s, although the bike will run ok, when the throttle is opened the bike will stop its probably something simple, but try as i may, i cannot identify whats wrong , hope theres help out there.

Sounds like a partially blocked jet in the carb. Did it run right before you rebuilt it?

Hi, thanks for the reply I have cleaned the carb out ect perhaps another clean would not do any harm.
I bought the engine online from Slovieia, its a good motor just needs tinkering with.

Hi,
Does it have a Bing carb?
I remember one where the main and pilot jets/ holders could be swopped around
it would tick over but not rev
