b40 classic bike battery?

hi need some advice if possible, need to buy a battery for my b40 but am unsure what it needs, original one fitted was a lucas ml9e.
i need the modern equivalent, needs to be 6v, any help appreciated!

Any 6V lead acid battery of a similar amp-hour rating will do, as long as it fits in the battery carrier?

I suggest you check the dimensions given to see if it will fit in the battery compartment?
