Hi I recently got this 1945 BSA M20. The previous owner modified the front fork and the rear frame. Can anyone please let me know where I can buy a Girder fork and a Rear Frame. I live in India. If need be I can ship them here

Girder forks are a plenty over here, but they are expensive. There is a set on ebay at the moment (They are the early rubber mounted handle bar clamps so more expensive). The rear frames vary from year to year, for 1945 you need the type with no side car lugs, pillion foot rest brackets and not the short field stand lug type although all types will fit the frame.
Have you some frame and engine numbers and I can tell you which contract its from.
