can any one help looking for royal enfield wd/co frame /or any parts have engine to start me off just looking for rest of bike lol

Hi Kimbo,

Is it just the engine your starting with? If it is, you would be better buying a basket case project as parts for this model arn't common and as the post war G and WD/C were similar its easy and expenve to purchase the wrong parts (Not all will fit).

A frame on ebay recently sold for £200+ (just the front section), the rear frames from another seller went for £100, the forks go for about £200 to £350 (depending) a rear wheel (very rare) will set you back £150 to £200, rear carrier (original) £100, gearbox £30 - £50, chain covers £60, repro battery carrier £50, repro chain guard £60, toolboxs £50 - £100, rear stand £60, pillion foot rests £40, Side stand £40 - £50, Front wheel £100 - £120, Tank £100, foot rests (Correct originals non existent) but expect to pay upto £100 on ebay for the correct items. Speedo £120, mudguards £200 etc.

As you can see, the cost of buying in bits is very expensive (Although a Jumble would be at least half the price). By comparrison, a complete bike in bits sold for £800 on ebay a few months back.

Do you know its a WD/CO engine for sure? It could be a model G, the WD/CO engines were never marked as WD/CO. If you give me the number under the cylinder and the number under where the magdyno sits I could tell you a little about it.
