Kawasaki forks z750 ?

Hi. A friend of mine is rebuilding a reliant trike, the front end is off a kawasaki we think a late seventies/early eighties,could any one tell us what they are from the part numbers? the sliders have the numbers ( K1421  (3)  MK _1R )the front wheel is spoked and there is a single disc brake, any help much appreciated.steve
