Can anybody identify this motorcycle?
I only know is British 400cc sleeve valve engined .

It's a pretty strange thing called a Hagg Tandem from the early 1920s. If this one hadn't survived, I doubt that anyone would even know that such a thing existed. It is written up in The Classic Motorcycle magazine, August 1989.
