Is this a Cotton Scrambler ????

I was led to believe this is a Cotton Scrambler (Cobra?).  I would be grateful if anyone could confirm or deny this.  I can not find any frame number to assist.  I can provide further close up photo's of specific areas of the frame if that would assist.

Not sure about the frame but the forks are Greeves and the frame isn't .
