*Wanted* War Dept Pannier frame/bags

Please, could anyone point me in the right direction.  I'm looking for the War Dept canvas pannier bags and possibly a frame.  Original in good usable condition would be preferred but I'd settle for a pair of quality repros to use until I found something a bit more original to the period.
