Can anyone help me identify the year and type of engine from the following Villiers number
652A/12991

652A/12991 indicates a Villiers 4F engine (99cc) with a 2 speed gearbox as fitted to an Excelsior model F4 from 1955.

I have just received from the registation county that the motorcycle was registered in 1955.
