Clutch Problem
« on: December 01, 2006, 09:57:32 AM »
Hi All

Currently I faced a problem with the clutch and gear box operaton after assemblying new clutch plates for my T21..

After putting in clutch rod and replacing new clutch plate, i found the tyre cannot be rotating while  operating the clutch lever at handle(with gear engaged at 1,2,3 or 4).
meaning to say the sprocket is not free as per normal the condition it suppose to be.

normally if we release the clutch lever with gear 1,2,3 or 4 engaged, then only the tyre will stop but when we press the clutch lever, the tyre is freely rotating ..

does anyone can help ?

many thks
shah

you may have to adjust the nut ect. on the pressure plate because a new cable and rod will not have stretched or worn yet
lack of use is a waste of a bike
you are not a biker if you don't use it
