Triumph Model P
« on: January 02, 2012, 08:54:17 PM »
I have acquired a 1925 Model P with clutch trouble. I now realise that the clutch has the incorrcet number of plates, and I am missing a steel plate which is 'bowed' on its inner circumference. I have a second plate of this type as a pattern. Anyone know of a source of vintage Triumph spares or someone who might be able to make a plate from a pattern?

Just be prepared for a loooong wait from those boys.
They sell good stuff but I'm sure it must be just a hobby for them as everything takes so long.
I have a "P" too and I also need clutch parts (among other bits) so do you have any swaps or extra stuff?

Rex - the guy I bought the Model P from had another complete engine for sale but I wasn't really interested. He may still have it.
