Tyres

 Anyone got any advice re decent all round tyres for a Triumph T120R  I arent bothered about originality and I arent bothered about longevity. Its on 19" rims all Im looking for is  good all round grip.   Thanks

the Bridgestone Battleax BT45 is a real good tire for a street bike in my opinion. I don't know about 19" wheels on the rear, though, as I always preferred 18inchers.

the Bridgestone Battleax BT45" run these front and BACK ( mot tester was unimpresed ) on a ariel and handeled very well ( old avon was very hard and bald ) , 19 trye chose is limited and Midas are crap

 Thanks for that, Looks like BT45 s then. Its on Avons just now and I arent confident it keeps losing the backend even on dry roads especially on roundabouts.  Thats another thing tyre pressures Im on 24 rear /22 23 rear. If they are any harder it bounces so but its comfortable at presures shown cant be far off. Cheers  Keith

Avon "Road Riders" are available in 19inch
Modern compounds and All that,  Perfect for Brit classics
They work VERY WELL

You are either a bike riding god pushing the bike to it's limits on every ride out or you need to put your engine breather pipe in a beer can !

Sarcasm ? ok maybe just a little .  I would say it could be a little swing arm movement or maybe the tyre sidewall flexing . It takes a tiny movement to "feel" like things are wrong . 
For that true "hinge in the middle " feeling try a vintage bike with a sprung saddle that moves left and right when you push on the bars .
