Thatīs the best answers Iīve ever had to a question and it wasnīt even my post!  I was thinking of Leyland when I said vehicle. Rex, I have ridden on the beach at West Hartlepool. There are probably French named engines as well?

Brockhouse made the Indian brave, I think in Southport?, I seem to remember they made agricultural machines.
My mate has restored a Brave, looks a bit like a C11 without my specs.

And I'm guessing Sun were not made on our nearest stellar body... perhaps in Wapping though.

Quick question here, just new on here but was there a big number of Raleighs built, I'm about to start restoring a 33 that is in a pretty bad state of disrepair. I've been putting it off for years
