help needed please, unknown bike, salvaged.

no marks, make, model numbers anywhere, just a license plate, and a V stamped on underside of engine. looking to restore or sell, v early pedal moped, 2 chains, 1 for pedalling the other for the engine. has anyone got a clue what this is, as i have searched 1000s of google images. more pictures available.

ohyeah, many thanks, i was guessing it was a 1930s bike because i pulled an austin 10/4 out of the same demolition, many thanks though pal
