Pulled the extra frame out and checked it, short of one corner broken off the front motor mount (easy fix) frame is in good shape.
So stripped it of all its bits, will degrease it tomorrow and start prep work for paint.
Figure since this is my first bike restore I will use as many of the extra bits I have from the basket case that came along with the complete bike and leave the complete bike together for a bit of a model as to how all the bits fit back together?
At least until I need to start robbing it of its parts anyway.
