Triumph TR25W 1969

PLEASE -does anyone know which is the longer pushrod in TR25W - I have tried setting up the top end 3 times now without success and am I right that it is the same as the B25 in setup-URGENT Please

Is there a paint mark at the top of one of the push rods? As the workshop manual for TR25W says that "the top of the exhaust push rod is painted red for identification purposes"?

Are you sure you have them located correctly?
The workshop manual shows that the inlet pushrod goes to the OUTER tappet and exhaust pushrod to the inner?

they are new pushrods but no marks I was told that the longer one is inlet _I will try again tomorrow-cheers for the reply- the longer pushrod had IN written on it-I am beginning to wonder if the pushrods are the correct length or I am setting them up in wrong position-I havent worked on a brit for 20+ years
