History on T140D Special in Canada
« on: May 29, 2007, 07:38:44 AM »
I just purchased a 1979 T140D 750 Bonneville Special. I would like to find some information on it and the T140D in Canada. Information such as :

Number shipped
Dealers shipped to
Full Spec's
Options
Paint Codes
Etc

I plan to do a full restoration on it starting this winter.

Thanks Turtle

Contacting/joining The Triumph Owners M/C Club may get you the answers to those questions: http://www.tomcc.org/

I agree with L.A.B. and you could further your reasearch by contacting the VMCC. http://www.vmcc.net who hold all the records from the Triumph factory. They used to be held at the Science Museum until a short while ago.
