25 T mainshaft sleeve gear  and intermediate mainshaft sliding pinion 21 T.
Any new spares available?
The 3 gear pinion dogs are worn.

not sprockets, but cogs in our lingo.

A sprocket runs a chain.

pedantry out of the way, I doubt there are any spares around; you may do better  around the continent, I have sometimes seen complete SA boxes from places such as Czech Republic on ebay, probably as worn out as yours though.

sorry,for my faulty description, I have already made some corrections, so, you can sleep well.
Yes, I am an idiot from Germany and because I coudn`t find any spares on the Continent,yet, I have published this advert together with attached beautiful photo to prevent any misunderstanding.
Some years ago, I have got one of those new gears from Wales for my beloved Royal Enfield V-Twin.

Heavyweight Sturmy boxes are always a problem, as they are in demand for several makes of expensive bikes.

Hace you tried http://www.cornucopia-enterprises.de/  ? english guy in Germany has a lot of contacts on the continent, but you will be paying a high cost whereever you get  a complete box, £4-500++++ for the  ones I've seen on ebay here.

HI Albert,
Have you investigated getting the gear dogs built up with weld and remachined ?
The rest of the gears look ok

I have successfully welded the tips using 'hard surfacing' rods with a tig without heating the rest of the gear too much and then grind to correct shape.  Still going as far as I know.
