Veteran Triumph find

Hello Forum,
I recently purchased a fairly complete matching number 1913 Triumph. Iv repaired the original Tank and replaced the Bearings and that's pretty much all it needed. It even came with the original pedal cranks (not shown in photo). The only parts I'm missing are a pair of original Veteran Footrests and a Maggie chain/timing cover if anyone can assist?

The Lycett saddle on the Triumph is interesting. The earliest adverts I've seen for the pan version of the this seat appeared during 1914, but it may have been available during 1913. The rod from the pan to the bottom of the spring goes outside the spring on the Lycett; Brooks had a patent that stopped other manufacturers doing the obvious and running the rod down the axis of the spring.

I have a magneto chain case that I thought was Triumph, but I'm told it is actually the almost-identical BSA item. Still plenty of Triumph bits floating around the Australian scene.

back in 1964 when my interest in older bikes was growing I could have bought one of these,missing rear wheel, for thirty bob [£1.50 ] wisely the seller said I was too young to take it on; pissed off at the time I now realise how wise he was then.

Didn't those guys have a 'holiday' from supplying parts ?

Whats happened to the fitting on the frame for the little oiler thingy - on the downtube under the saddle ?

Someone was casting up copies of the magneto chaincases ?
If it comes to me where this might be, I'll post it here.
It wouldn't be too difficult, if you can borrow a set as patterns ?

You seem to have a few similar era bikes, in similar condition !

Can't help myself, I love the original unrestored Veteran bikes. 
I have a CAD model of the Triumph Chaincase so I'm able to CNC machine one but I would prefer the original parts if I can find them.

Hi All,
Veteran Triumph, in UK is a part time business run now by Adrian Lockrey (known as Skippy)
I believe they had a "time out" a couple of years ago but are well on the go now
BTY Their 3 Triumphs ran great on the 2018 Cannonball in USA

reminds me of John Longmans 1914 Triumph,concours winner in the early 70s,sold on ebay a few years ago as a sad rusted wreck after years of neglect .

Just noticed the chain is getting caught in the rear stand, that will need looking at.
