What is the recommended sealant for Gaskets these days....I think they had just invented Blue Hermetite the last time I split a primary case.

I use Welseal and 3 bond. These sealants don't block oilways if you use too much and don't harden. Remember less is best, whatever gets squeezed out on the outside, the same amount goes inside!

I would normally use Stag Wellseal or Hylomar.
