Model X Frame

Am thinking of buying a Matchless Model X motor i know of , and was wondering how hard it will be to get hold of a frame? About '37 to '39 would do. I realise it would be a slow project but i've always wanted one and now this motor has turned up. Would any of you have one in their shed please?  douglas
