I am trying to compile as much information on my late uncle Dennis as I can in order to write a biography and I intended to publish it and as much material as I have and can find on a website in the near future. Dennis won the IOM Clubmans TT in 1949 on a Vincent HRD but sadly his short career ended with a fatal accident at the German GP in 1954 riding a Pike BSA 500. If anyone has any memories, letters, stories or photographs that they would be happy to share with me I would be most grateful.

I've been in touch with Ton van de Rit www.pike-bsa.com who has helped me a lot and I recently joined the Vincent owners club Forum. I've also been in contact with Valerie Davey who built the Gus Kuhn site. Her father Vincent Davey served with Dennis in the parachute regiment in Palestine.

Cheers
