Im breaking down to rebuild a 1961 BSA Bantam engine, but i can't get the flywheel off. does it screw off, or pull off? is it just stiff and needs a good whack, or some kind of tool? I have already removed the main bolt and magneto...

You need the correct puller to remove the flywheel.
