Can anyone tell me a quality drive chain for my 1973 Norton commando interstate 850 thanks, ive been told there is not much clearance around the front sprocket.

There's no room for an O- or X- ring - in fact an ordinary heavy duty 5/8 x 3/8 chain will show witness marks on the rear of the primary chaincase.
So you're stuck with regular lubrication. Any of the well known makes - DID etc - will be fine.

The best
non
-O- or X-ring chain that will fit without any width problems is the iwis M106SL.
