1970 750 oil Pump Removal

I have the timing cover off the 750 and want to get it re-plated. Does anyone have experience removing the oil pump from the cover?

Yes Interceptor. I figured it out....  there's an alignment hole in the shaft and the case that you put a pin into... then you can remove the nut and push through the covers. Thanks

You assume we actually pay any attention to the posters' names and remember what else they've asked......

He did see fit to put the year & capacity in the heading so it would have required little effort to include the model.
