How do I access this if I wanted to sell a complete bike?

I had the same trouble:

But TBH it costs money and doesn't seem to be very active so I would use the usual suspects. Car and Classics https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/cat/15/ gets good results or a classified ad on ebay.

In my experience the traditional routes of advertising in magazines is virtually useless these days. All the bikes I've sold in the last 15 years or so have been through C&C or ebay.

There's only so many times you see a little pic of a nice bike, phone up and be told "I sold that months ago", and then think, "never going to waste my time with this again".
As suggested, CarandClassic or the good old standby of Ebay.

Thank you. There must be a reason that whole bikes do not have a section on the site.
