Alpha bearings list the rod as one number for the 197cc 6E 7E 8E 9E and 11E

http://www.alpha-bearings.com/Big%20end%20Catalogue/Villiers%20197+.htm

They seem to be plentiful on fleabay for not vast sums of cash, although may not be NOS.
Perhaps the folks to approach may be Alpha themselves, in case they can use them ?

That number is on cranks on fleabay for a 9E
Again, Alpha may be interested ?

Those numbers are tough to make out.
Can you give us a translation.

A picture of the whole frame may be more useful.
Esp as the pic is captioned as a 1952 Excelsior !
(rigid, plunger, swingarm ?)
The engine number may assist also.

I got a NOS JAP 500 single big end from Villiers Services for a coupla quid,so I suspect Alpha wouldnt be best pleased with them.
